Document Scanning – a modern business practice

Document scanning can transform a paper heavy filing system into a robust and streamlined document management system.

Our scanning bureau at Smales Secure Storage can remove the pressure on your staff to digitise backlogs of paperwork. Using specialised scanners our trained staff can convert your paper documents to pdf files, transforming boxes of paperwork into easily accessible images. Data security and client confidentiality are our top priorities. We are very proud of our certifications in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 27001:2013 Information Security.

No more valuable time wasted hunting through a box or file for a paper record. Your staff will be able to instantly pull up a scanned document with a key word or save a scanned invoice to its relevant supplier. An ideal partner to your accounts package as Xero or QuickBooks can become a secure repository for all your supplier invoices.

We can scan in bulk or on demand at our own scanning bureau. You will have peace of mind your company information will be safely stored in our dedicated Document Storage facility during the digitisation process. Post-scanning confidential destruction can be arranged or paperwork returned to your office.
